	Dear Senthil, I am happy that you have replied to my comment. On the other hand, i am perplexed at the confidence that you have in our "SO CALLED LEADERS"! I was there when you had your first speech at the Guntur AIC in Dec 2008 wherein you had expressed your views and suggestions on SA cadre. 3 Years have rolled by. But the "SO CALLED LEADERS" have so far not even place a brick to the foundation for the requests that you had place before the AIC. I understand that you have been convinced by their decorative speeches and empty promises. It is not mere venting out our aversion or rather my aversion but oneness of the entire SAs. You took an initiative to bring all SAs to a common forum, you could have achieved it easily, if you had not been held in the clutches of the "SO CALLED LEADERS". 	Dear Sir, 1.The condition of New Delhi meet is well known to all of us. None of our leader’s was dared to ask Shri Samant directly about the cadre creation; it was you, who ask the 1st question about Dept. policy & our cadre creation. At the last, our General Secretary told us that we cannot demand for 1 Item i.e. for cadre creation, we have to give 10-15 demands, so than it will be easier for us to get fulfill 4-5 more important demands. Till date our demand is not get fulfilled. 2.Some of my friends are now working as Offg C.I or SDI as they have understood that there will be no extra gaining while working as System Administrator. Others are satisfactorily working at counters because they don’t want to retain in the office till 2100 to 2200 Hrs. Now they can reach home happily around 1900 Hrs. 	Sir, Do not vent out your aversion on the leaders. Government is taking some decisions to take the staff side for a study tour and just asking whether who is representing our staff side for the study tour. Thats all. Whether the staff side responds or not the Government will go ahead with their program. Do not confuse that with this. With reference to other foreign trips as a recognised federation of the country whenever International Trade Unions are organising a gathering we have represent on behalf of the country. I am taking about official meeting with the Directorate where policy matters are to be discussed. That has not happened so far. Understand my point. However I agree that an opinion poll needs to be conducted. Yes. I will make arrangement whether our System Administrators are willing to go ahead. Or else we will fail. 	Dear Senthil It is Good that after a long silence u have awaken again. But u are crying over spilt milk. This department is full of so many people of different moods and different, if u deny that we are not going to perform the System Adm work than others Chamchas will come and try to perform the work more and the govt wants work, the same is being done. Why u scold McKENZIE , when this department and our unions are full of McKENZIE like people. These people openly declare and adopt the Divide and rule policy. So My dear Fellow What is the use to Go after the call of Strike when we are not united... I openly declare that [ If Happens .... I wish ] Only One Day work is held up by System Managers , then these Officers and department will know the utility of the System Managers. 	Dear Senthil, At last you have awaken. The so called Union leaders have done NOTHING to anyone in this organisation. As you have mentioned they have not been even allowed or permitted to meet Directorate Officers. Please also note that they had sufficient time to meet the officers to get their consent for Foreign Tours to Athens, Bangkok, Royal Mail London. Please understand that till this leadership is at the CHQ nothing will happen and we are the scapegoats!. Please mark my words:" on 4th of July a release from CHQ will come stating that the Dept has agreed to CONSIDER our demands and based on that we will postpone our Strike". 	gGood senthil. But question is whether all SAs will stop working as SAs in the event of not settling the SA issue even after strike. Pl conduct a survey or online poll to know the status of our SAs mind. It should be transparent and no need to fear.. as this is the high time. let us show the importance of SA to the admn to understand the genuineness of the demand. will the admn officers accept, if so called mcnsee or other agency replaces them with their employees?? so dont hesitate.. act immediately. do something constructively to settle the issue..
